Growing Confident Learners
In our elementary years, students are ready to go deeper—to think critically, collaborate meaningfully, and tackle challenges that stretch them. Our curriculum is rigorous but never rushed, challenging but always compassionate.
Core Academics:
Language Arts: Reading comprehension, writing workshop, and word study are tailored to each student's level.
Mathematics: From number sense to algebraic thinking, we use manipulatives and real-world problems to build deep understanding.
Science & Social Studies: Integrated units that connect disciplines. For instance, learning about civics while studying our community.
Arts & Enrichment: Music, visual arts, and movement aren't extras at Anna’s House School. They're essential to how we learn.
By fifth grade, our students are confident thinkers and communicators, ready for whatever comes next. They know how to learn, how to persevere, and how to believe in themselves.
