Our youngest learners enjoy spaces filled of discovery, imagination, and play. In our early childhood classrooms, everything is designed with their development in mind.

What a Day Looks Like:

• Morning Meeting: We start together by sharing, singing, and building our classroom community

• Play-Based Learning: Blocks, dramatic play, and sensory tables aren't just fun; they're where critical thinking and problem-solving develop

• Outdoor Time: We're outside exploring, building gross motor skills, and connecting with nature

• Emergent Literacy & Math: We introduce foundational skills through stories, songs, games, and hands-on activities. 

• Rest & Restoration: Because little bodies and minds need downtime to process all they're learning

Our Preschool, Pre-K, and Kindergarten programs meet (and often exceed) Virginia's early learning standards, and we do so in a way that honors who your child is right now—not who they'll be next year.
