How to Submit Tuition Payments
Cash/Check
Payments may be submitted in several ways: drop them in one of our secure school drop boxes (including the box outside the Upper School’s main door for after-hours), send cash or checks with your child’s Wednesday folder, or mail checks payable to Anna’s House at 208 N Market St, Staunton, VA 24402.
Zelle Payments
Anna’s House School is pleased to accept tuition payments via Zelle, a secure service that transfers funds directly from your account to ours. While Zelle does not impose fees on the sender, business accounts are subject to a nominal processing charge. To assist in offsetting this expense, we respectfully request that families add an additional $1 to each payment submitted through Zelle. This adjustment will not appear on your invoice, as families retain the option to remit payment by cash or check without any additional charge. When using Zelle, please direct your payment to our designated email address: info@annashouseschool.org.
Payments are usually received the same day they are sent and often within hours. Zelle also gives you an acknowledgment that the payment was made. The recipient is our main email address: info@annashouseschool.org. We hope you find this a reasonable alternative to other payment methods.
Procare
Please note that payments cannot be made through the app. However, Procare Desktop does allow invoices to be paid online, though an additional processing fee applies. Families may access this option by visiting myprocare.com.
*A late fee of $100 will be applied to payments made after the 5th of each month
*The tuition amounts listed do not include registration fees, payment fees, or activity fees. * Payment plans are available. Don't hesitate to get in touch with Anna's House Office to inquire about payment plans via AHoffice@annashouseschool.org
